  • I still remember my first job interview out of college: Merrill Lynch. They asked if I knew what Salesforce was, and I confidently (and honestly) said, “No.” Fast forward three years, and I was the go-to Salesforce trainer for new hires across the department.

    Turns out, I was one of those people who just got it. From the logic behind the system to the possibilities it opened up for teams, Salesforce became more than just a tool… it became the foundation for how I think about streamlining business operations and building better processes.

    That first experience sparked a career where I’ve stayed deep in the Salesforce ecosystem ever since —learning, building, training, and improving systems at every stop.

About Me

Nice to meet you! I’m Mairobi, a Salesforce certified Administrator & Business Analyst with over a decade of experience helping teams bring clarity to chaos. Every step of my career has lived inside the Salesforce ecosystem, working across industries (including Wealth Management, Cybersecurity, Mortgage Servicing, B2B and Transportation Technology) to design solutions that actually stick.

I specialize in being the translator—connecting what business stakeholders really need with what technical teams can build. Whether I’m building out automation, mapping business processes, or writing crystal-clear user stories, my sweet spot is helping teams move faster by communicating better.

I’m currently living in the Dominican Republic but raised and educated in the U.S., which is where all of my professional experience has been based. While I thrive working remotely (and run a smooth, timezone-friendly process wherever I go), I’m also open to occasional travel as needed. My goal is to join a team where trust, results, and collaboration matter more than zip codes.

When I’m not building out Salesforce solutions, you’ll probably find me reading, dancing, planning my next trip, or perfecting the art of working from beautiful places with strong Wi-Fi.
